The new release contains various small improvements but most noticeable is the addition of a full Freight Broker Software version. ITS Dispatch in the past was only designed for Carriers and now with the Freigth Broker version, their potential subscriber base has more than tripled.

The Freight Broker Software version contains new features that will aid freight brokerage companies in running their businesses. Most importantly, detailed statistics have been added that allow users to see at a glance, exactly what their companies are generating for gross margin, gross revenue and carrier costs. The statistics pages will detail out top performing customers, carriers and dispatchers in an easy to understand display with supporting spreadsheets that are completely printable.

These same detailed stats have been integrated into the existing carrier version and will now allow carriers the same tools to manage their operations.

The Freight Broker Software version was created with increased requirements for adding carriers including a function that alerts dispatchers to expired carrier insurance, prior to booking a carrier on a load. A link for Federal Motor Carrier Association (FMCA) has been added which will allow users to quickly look up the operating authorities of any carriers in their database. Add to this the existing interchangeable features from the carrier version and the ITS Dispatch package offers real alternatives to existing server based programs. These features include detailed reports, detailed load sheets, one click invoicing, Quick Books integration, multiple user levels and the most user friendly interface on the market.

ITS Canada is proud to introduce ITS DISPATCH. ITS DISPATCH is a completely web-based trucking software application that has been designed for small to medium sized trucking companies and works equally well for fleets of all sizes.
